How to see what you earned:
In your account under "Account Balance" you will see commissions earned. They are paid quarterly if they are over $100.00, monthly when over $1000.00.
Each transaction is recorded as it takes place. Below is an example of what you see.
Also, in your account, under "Revenue Report" you will see two charts.
The first chart shows what you would have earned if you and everyone else was a paid member. The second chart shows what paid members have actually earned.
The second chart shows the actual commissions earned for paid members.
At the right of the charts you have access to view all you're Tier 1 Users and Members. You can contact your Tier 1 people to teach them about NiceSale.
Why you earn?
Members are paid to help NiceSale promote the site. We would rather pay our members to market NiceSale than pay a radio station or TV station or other form of advertising medium. We do use other forms of advertising at this time but we would rather pay you, so join and take advantage of the services, list everything you want to sell and tell everyone you know to join and do the same.
How you join:
To join, you simply click the Join link at the top of the home page or the "Register with my KeyCode" link displayed next to member pages and items.
The sign up process is fast, simple and secure. We do not share your information with anyone.
Enter the KeyCode of the person that told you about NiceSale.com at the top of the sign up page. If you are using the "Register with my KeyCode" link the KeyCode will be automatically entered. If you don't have a KeyCode one will be entered for you randomly from the pool of paid members.
Once you fill out the simple sign up process and pay with a credit card or PayPal account you can log in and start listing items for sale. To log in you will need your email address and the password you created in the sign up process.

Detailed Listings:
"Detailed Listings" are good for more valuable items such as automobiles, boats, real estate, anything you feel needs more detail. These listings require more input but have specific descriptors that are tailored to the type of item being listed. Items entered with this detail are displayed in a tabular format with columns for the major descriptors such as make, model, and in the example of a car, the year.
Quick Lister:
"Quick Listings" give members the ability to easily list a lot of items quickly, which is important for items of low value or no value to you. These listings automatically default to the "Miscellaneous" category but that can be changed quickly on the fly. They also don't have the descriptors necessary to be displayed in the tabular format but you can always go back later and edit a "Quick Listing" to make it a "Detailed Listing." "Quick Listings" are especially useful for garage sales, yard sales, etc.
Referral Tools:
In your account you have "Referral Tools", a set of tools to help members manage their potential new members. Members enter and manage a list of individuals who they believe may want to join NiceSale. Members can view their list of referrals and select a portion or the entire list to send emails to regarding the advantages of becoming a NiceSale member. NiceSale provides members with a packaged NiceSale Introductory Email that highlights the benefits of being a NiceSale member. Members can use what is provided, edit it, or craft their own personal emails explaining the benefits of NiceSale in their own words. Special Tags:
NiceSale has tags next to each member indicating their member type so you know whom you are dealing with. Business (B) Non-Profit (N) Private (P) Student (S) and Free User simply have an "F" before the corresponding member type. You can also tell at a glance if an item is New or Used by looking at the right side of the listing. Each items is tagged with the city and state location so you know how far the items is.
Regionalization:
NiceSale has powerful search radius tools that you can use to narrow down your search and help find items in your area by distance, zip code, city, state, etc.
Flagging ads & content:
Flagging content is a member's way of enforcing honest transactions within NiceSale. By participating in flagging, you help NiceSale.com remove inappropriate material. When multiple flags are used, NiceSale will investigate the situation and deal with it immediately. By flagging content, you help NiceSale.com determine which classifieds are in violation of the Terms and Use agreement.
Payment & Shipping:
Payment: On a local level buyers and seller simply use cash, checks, credit cards, etc. Over distance they can use any of the standard payment forms readily available, Pay Pal, credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, etc. In the future NiceSale will be adding more and more features. Some of those features will include the ability for members to move money in their NiceSale accounts back and forth to each other, much like you can now move money to a charity or non-profit. *See the link "Donate to a Charity" now on your Account Balance page.
Shipping: Many items are local and can be picked up just like you would with a classified found in the newspaper. Over distance the buyer and seller simply work together and ship any way they feel makes sense, UPS, FedEx, common carrier, etc.
NiceSale as a Business:
NiceSale.com can be developed into a full-blown business with little investment. A great way to build a NiceSale business is to offer to list items for others. Not everyone has a computer connection and is familiar with digital photography and getting listings on a website. A member can use their own account and charge a nominal listing fee to someone for putting the listings on NiceSale. Example: Stop and talk with the person that has a for sale sign on their boat in the yard. Let them know that you will get their boat with picks online for only $? Let them know that you will also get anything and everything they want to sell online as well. Have a 10-15 item minimum and get picks of the items they want to sell and list them in your account.
